Cancellation and refunds
How to manage renewals and get help with a payment.
Cancel renewal
You can cancel the next renewal in Pricing. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period. You can also manage the subscription in PayPal automatic payments. Removing the app from your phone does not cancel a subscription.
Request a refund
Contact support from your account. Include the payment date, amount, transaction number and the reason for your request. Never send passwords, card details or secret keys. Requests are reviewed considering the payment circumstances and applicable customer rights.
What changes
Cancelling renewal does not itself refund an earlier payment. A refund or payment reversal may change the Pro access period. Your downloaded static files remain yours. Payments are not connected yet.
