Digital business cards

Card contacts, services and images are published only after your confirmation and are accessible to anyone with the link. Search indexing is off by default. Pro can enable it with explicit consent to index the phone and address. Card analytics require visitor consent: daily action totals, language, approximate device type and last action time, without IP or identity. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Visitors can decline or change their choice at the bottom of the card. Analytics cover 90 days; history retains the last 20 published revisions. Deleting a card deletes its history and analytics.

Creating codes

Static codes are generated in your browser. Data is sent to your cloud collection when you save. A QR code may contain contacts or a Wi-Fi password: share exported files only with the intended people.

Account and storage

When you sign in, CODE369 receives your account identifier, email and name if available. Collections, dynamic links, mini-pages and support requests are stored on the server. Logos are stored separately. CODE369 does not receive your account password.

Analytics

For signed-in users, opens, downloads and tool usage are recorded for 90 days with a pseudonymous identifier. Dynamic QR analytics store daily totals, approximate country and device type. IP addresses and code contents are not stored in these analytics.

Preferences and providers

Your browser remembers your language and theme. Essential cookies support sign-in. Hosting, authentication and payment providers may process technical data under their own policies. The studio has no advertising trackers.

Sign-in emails

Sign-in codes are sent at your request. Signing in with ChatGPT triggers a notification. Resend delivers emails; open and click tracking is disabled. Delivery logs are included in your data export and deleted with studio data; records older than 30 days are cleared on subsequent sends. Temporary code verification records older than one day are also cleared on subsequent sends.

Your choices

In your account you can export data and delete studio content. Payment history may be retained for accounting and resolving support requests. Copies you downloaded remain on your devices. Send data questions through the contact page.

Business card translation · Pro

Pro can translate primary card and service text into 16 languages when Google Cloud Translation is connected, up to 60 requests daily. Review the result; applying changes the draft only, with publication separate. The editor shows service availability.

Translation text is sent to Google Cloud Translation. Photos, phone numbers and email fields are excluded. Names and prices are preserved.

Your custom business card

Your brief, files, messages and signature are private to you and the studio. The signed version and payment records stay with the order. Use the order conversation to request data changes or deletion.

Delete your CODE369 account

Your login identity, sessions, projects, folders, images, cards, dynamic links, statistics and support conversations will be deleted. Unsigned and unpaid service requests will also be removed. Files already downloaded to your devices remain there.

Signed contracts and payment records may be retained for accounting and dispute handling. A minimal backup-revocation record is kept so deleted data cannot be restored from an old backup. Contact support for details about retained records.

Email sign-in

We store your verified email, account identifier and protected session records for sign-in. Codes expire after 10 minutes; sessions after 14 days. Sign-in cookies are necessary for your account to work. Temporary email and IP hashes help prevent guessing; full IP addresses are not stored in these records. Resend delivers the emails. Deleting studio data keeps your sign-in so you can manage your account and payment history.
