Delete your CODE369 account

Open account settings

Sign in, open account settings, choose Delete account, and enter the confirmation text. You can do this in a browser without reinstalling the app.

Request deletion by email

Send your request from the email address linked to CODE369. We will verify account ownership before processing it and confirm the outcome by email. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.

Your login identity, sessions, projects, folders, images, cards, dynamic links, statistics and support conversations will be deleted. Unsigned and unpaid service requests will also be removed. Files already downloaded to your devices remain there.

Signed contracts and payment records may be retained for accounting and dispute handling. A minimal backup-revocation record is kept so deleted data cannot be restored from an old backup. Contact support for details about retained records.

Cancel any active subscription or pending payment first. If you cannot sign in or cancel, email support to request account deletion and help with cancellation.

Deleting CODE369 does not delete a separate ChatGPT account used to sign in.
